Reedman Toll Auto World Jeep Service Department Won't refund money legitimately owed back Langhorne Pennsylvania

I got a tire patched. They charged me $38.71 which they shouldn't have as I have Zurich Tire Coverage. Steve Mulzet, a Service Advisor admitedly said he made an error and said he'd give me an oil change or some type of service credit. I said no, I want a credit put back on my card and for 10 days now he's been saying he's trying as everythinng has been closed out. He promises to call back and he doesn't and when I call, most times he's not available (Which I don't believe).

They're a mess...When I picked-up the car after the tire had been patched, they had put 60Lbs. of pressure in the tire AND didn't put the tire cap back on even.  Thank God I checked.  What's wrong with these people?! Also, what kind of company as huge as Reedman Toll Auto World can't credit back a credit-card for a lousy $38.71 which should never have been charged in the first place ?

I plan to call Zurich and complain also. At this point, it's simply principle. I will never use Reedman Service again (And years ago, I had problems with their Chevy Department and said I'd never go back, but thought maybe Jeep Service would be better?  No so.) Also, after buying a Jaguar, they've closed their Jaguar Dept. and now if you need service you have to go to the Chevy Dept.?  I don't think so! No wonder they're so big, they're RIPOFFS!
