Reedsy I paid in advance by credit card auto payment but I did not receive the service.
According to my contract with the professional from Reedsy, I shall pay 5 auto payments for copy editing 9 chapters. I shall receive
chapters 1-2 prior to Payment 1
chapters 3-4 prior to Payment 2
chapters 5-6 prior to Payment 3
chapters 6-7 prior to Payment 4
chapters 8-9 prior to Payment 5
I submitted the payments but receive only 1-3. I also received them very late. The whole project should take 28 days. I received Chapter 3 on the 26th day.
I complained to Reedsy several times, but they did not take any actions.
