Complaint Review: Reef Scavengers

Reef Scavengers Failure to contact a new customer after 3 attempts and nothing received by their time frame for shipping. Melbourne, Florida

As a first time customer I placed and received confirmation of an order with Reef Scavengers on 06/15/10 paid in full.  On 06/21/10 I sent an email requesting confirmation of their shipping policy with no response.  On 06/23/10 I sent an email advising if I did not hear from them that day, I would be contacting PayPal to advise my intent to initiate an investigation, again with no response. In the mean time, I found online that I am not the only person treated in this fashion by Dylan Forsythe the owner of Reef Scavengers, according to BBB records.  On 06/24/10 the day I should have received my animals according to their policies, I initiated a report with PayPal indicating possible fraudulent practices by Reef Scavengers.  He has had no less than 5 Florida addresses since 2007 with 2 of them in 2010 which is public record on the State of Florida site. 
Do not send money to Reef Scavengers, shop with a reliable Merchant.
