I am not one to write stuff like this but i am forced to. Last week I ordered a second order from Reefs2go. The last time I was kinda upset at the credit they gave which was 4 dollars or something but I lived with it. This time they went pretty far. Last week I went to their site and noticed a special. Buy one Peppermint Shrimp and get the second free. I kinda liked that deal so i ordered 6, making the total shrimps I would receive 12. Before ordering I double checked to see if the specimen was indeed Lysmata Wurdemanni. Sure enough the picture was of that and the order form confirmed that species. When my order arrived I was shocked to see 5 true Peppermint Shrimp and 7 feeder shrimp. YES, you heard right! 7 feeder shrimp! I could not believe this company just dooped me once again. The 5 Peppermint they sent are indeed Lysmata Bogessi shrimp NOT Lysmata Wurdemanni. So I proceed to sent them an email with photos to prove my findings. I received an email today stating that the ones they sent are all Wurdemanni collected in the Gulf of Mexico. Well they might collect them there but not one of these is a Wurdemanni. To prove this FACT! I will post several pictures for all you experienced reef hobbyiest and see if they are right or im wrong. Im sure they will call their buddies to post here and disprove what I am saying but I hope the true knowledgable reef keepers like myself disprove what they claim. I was ripped off by them and want everyone here to know this! Oh, Im sure they will post there usual " Well we offered to refund the order if you just pack it and send back to us SUCCESSFULLY" Hmmmmmm, my chances of any of them being alive are slime to none because they will not tell you they arrived alive! So you will pay a large amount of money to send back only for them to LIE and say theu are dead! So you wont get a refund and be out of more money. NICE TRY CROOKS2GO, you will not get another dime of my money and will make sure everyone knows your practices!

              After my posting about my dealings with Reefs2go, I was contacted by another staff member Dionne Cona. Despite the fact I was right in the matter and acted on an email NOT sent from her but someone else, I posted a very aggressive posting on ripoff.com. This lady emailed me on her day off to find a resolution to the issue. She did not have to but she did. When I called her, she was so professional I could only wish I had an employee like her. She even offered to refund money from a past order of feb last year which I told her was not necessary. She explained how the confusion about my order could have taken place and I could understand that happening. I cannot explain how bad I felt after talking to her (even though I still feel am right on the matter). I will tell you this, If you ever have any issues you need to call Dionne Cona and bypass everyone else. She has all the information needed to correct any issues you may have. Because of Ms. Cona I WILL give reefs2go another chance. Her knowledge and customer service made me rethink my decision to post such and aggressive message on ripoff report. I wish I could have talked to her before getting emails from anyone else! For This Ms. Cona I apologize to you with the most sincerity!
