I setup a reelvidz account to watch movies on my computer, I tried netflix and was looking for alternatives to netflix, I came across this website, I signed up watched a movie and logged out when I went to log back in later it would not let me, kept saying invalid user name and password. 
I tried from different computer same thing, so I thought oh ok maybe I have to reset up the account, Nope told me I was already active, so I called the 1-800 number and got some lady who verified my info no problem, Then she tells me she can get in, I said well I cant! she tells me there is nothing she can do about it. I said why not I am paying for this service and wanted to see a movie, She says well there is nothing she can do, restart your computer I told her I tried different computers and shut this one down. She says Oh well maybe TRY another time. I asked to speak with someone else she tells me I have to call back then I asked to speak to her supervisor and she tells me there is no one there. I got so upset went to support page trying to send email and when I finished writing my complaint it told me forbidden. This is So NOT RIGHT AT ALL!!!!
