Complaint Review:
Referral Exchange Network
Warning!!! Rip Off!!!
Referral Exchange Network (REN) based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is a total rip off they overcharge you for low-cost services for social media networking, website building, business planning and business mixers. They claim to have a fast and large growing network of business persons with various business fields, but most of those that attend their seminars and mixers are friends and family of those who own Referral Exchange Network. REN is a co-partnership between Ray Salem and Vince Perez, they really can talk and motivate you to invest in their seminars and mixers. I attended 3 seminars and 2 mixers, I met and saw the family and friends of those who work at REN and saw no outside business professionals. In all my business lost $$$, I do not recommend paying for their so called "custom built websites" they are basic templates and they overprice by thousands of dollars while only giving low-end discounts. They have not worked on any professional business website other than one-time franchises that are personally owned not business owned. Their social media networking seminars are a waste of time and money, the information they provided me I could have found on the internet myself. Do not be suckered, Ray and Vince are great motivational speakers and scam artists.

I am thinking about joining REN... And reading this and trying to make sense out of it. How Interesting, because it did create doubt, so I called to make sure they are still in business, because Mark the complainer said "there ph# is disconnected" and there ph# worked every time I called, so it made his complaint kinda of questionable. Mark also said he went to 3 seminars to find out it was "common sense", that did not make sense. Why would any one go 3 seminar to find out it was common sense stuff. ( I would know if it was common sense after the 1st one). You make your own judgment, but I cant wait for REN to come to Temecula CA, so I can join and network with everybody. Thank you Vince and Ray for all of your help.

Ray I remember you clearly you were the one to graciously sign me for REN, to be a part of a fast growing community of business professionals. As I brought into your scam from all the glamor, so-called business that would enter my door and your partner Vince Perez wanted to create a website for my business to "control the social media". I lost money, time, and above all you Ray didn't complete your end of the contract you signed with me. REN only cares to get your business, not about the actual customer and building relationships. Ray I have your cell and business number, I've called numerous times and was rerouted to a non-working number. Be wary when doing business with this company, they haven't been around that long. How dare you lie Ray and deny you didn't have a seminar before when I posted the original report I attended the August 10, 2009 seminar... STOP LYING and if the OWNER LIES than his REN company is only untrusted!!!
