Complaint Review: referral genie

I signed up for a free lead and was set up on a call that lasted over an hour with a high pressure pitch while I was trying to meet clients coming into the office and the rep would not accept let me look over the info ect and promised the 30 day trial and money back guarentee so I finally signed an electroinic document I could not read that of course had none of the promises on it.  I thought I could try the service and see if it worked like they said but after setting it up and having them text me 1 time about someone wanting an appointment and within the 30 days decided it was NOT worth $800.  I called over and over leaving messages finally when someone called back he was basically like well you didn't give it long enough and too bad.  Emails went something like sorry about your luck and now for 11 more months I guess they will do nothing since they got my $$$
