I saw an ad on Facebook. It said make money just by driving around with their decal on the back of my car. They said just pay the shipping on the decal to get started. The shipping was listed as $6.95. When I started to pay it they offered other options like a second decal for my husbands truck for an additional $5.00, a tracking number for the decals during shipment for an additional $2.00 and an upgrade to your commission payout amount for even more money.

After you finally get through the checkout process they start emailing you to set up your page to track your commissions. Then another email asking you to sign up for the benefits company that will be on your decal at a substantial discount. They tell you that not only will you get that discount but you’ll be able to use your text code on your decal to get a commission off of your own purchase. That’s where it starts to get really sketchy. You get your decal in no time.

I think it was two days to get mine. It says to register your text code on the site that tracks your commissions. So I did and it says it will take up to 24hrs to be active. So I waited 24hrs and tried to use my text code so I could get the double discount. But my text code doesn’t work. So I thought maybe it’s because it’s coming from my phone number. So I tried another phone and it didn’t work for that one either. I think they are just scamming the drivers by charging them for all of these things and then never paying out the commissions.

 The last comment perpetuated to be the company in question (referral cars) . it says their name is Chana.... How ironic. I received an email from a Chana saying to be my 'manager' for my car decal... I never went forward with the purchase because i found this post. Once I saw they said their name was Chana, I knew it was fake....

Tracking Code Outage Update

We are very sorry about the issue you've had with the tracking code on your decal. We were made aware of an issue affecting some of our drivers by the software company we use to manage the tracking codes. We immediately took action by posting an alert at the top of the profile for all drivers (Not just the one's affected) explaining the brief outage. 

We had never dealt with an outage before so this was very new for us. In addition to the alert at the top of our drivers profile pages, we extended customer service hours and made ourselves more available to help and explain the issues we were having during the outage. The outage was quickly resolved and all text codes are now working, including this drivers. 

In addition to those measures above, if the outage affected a driver on a commission based campaign that required a shipping fee, we also offered FULL refunds to any affected drivers while keeping the decal and tracking code active. 

Aside from the brief tracking code outage, we are very happy that you received your decal in 2 days. That means we printed a custom decal, shipped it and you received it in 48 hours. Not bad at all, right! :) We take customer service very seriously and would love the opportunity to make this right with you. Please get in touch with us if you want a refund as we don't have your contact info to look up your account through this site. 

If there is anyone else reading this that experienced an outage, please contact us for a full refund.
