I enrolled in Referralware after seeing some of their email pitches and checking out their offer, which looks good on the surface.

All of their material says they provide qualified leads to help you grow your downline, which sounded excellent.
I initially started as an affiliate, which led to emails stressing that I must upgrade to make any money with the program, but the only affordanle option was more or less $60.00 EVERY MONTH.

I want to make it clear that the program that was included in the offer, JUVIO, was and IS honest and aboveboard, and has an excellent reputation, and WILL KEEP IT as far as THIS consumer is concerned.
My complaint lies in the fact that the offers from referralware do NOT make it clear that NONE of the "qualified leads" I was going to get as part of the downline builders system are included in the price of the 50 or 60 a month!

For that amount of money every month, what I get is JUVIO (good and very useful service), enrollment in the $1.67 a day marketing plan, and NO LEADS, as that level of participation is for "experienced marketers only" who have no need for "qualified leads" from any other source.
As far as I am concerned, REFERRALWARE did the classic bait-and-switch routine.

They tell you that you must upgrade to make money with the system, then tell you that your 60 bux a month is no good to get you those qualified leads, unless you SPEND MORE MONEY FOR THEM.

Regardless of the fact that the rep that I spoke with said I had to ASK PERMISSION from 167aday to get a refund, and that I would probably be out at least ONE MONTH PAYMENT (again, just under 60 bucks), I called JUVIO directly, and with NO HASSLE WHATSOEVER their customer service rep IMMEDIATELY reversed the transaction.

I also let her know the reason for my wanting the refund, and suggested to her that she should let her management team know that referralware is mirepresenting THEIR offer, and that JUVIO may wish to re-examine thei relationship with referralware because the misleading offer could hurt the reputation of JUVIO if it continues as it is.

To restate, this HAS BEEN RESOLVED, but only by going over the heads of REFERRALWARE, directly to JUVIO. I can, do, and WILL continue to support JUVIO, but not through REFERRALWARE.

My Experience With Referralware

#3Consumer Comment

Fri, December 17, 2004

I joined Referralware in July of this year on a 30 Day free trial. I followed the instructions given at my member site, which was very educational and explained how the business sytem and tools put in place by Referralware worked.

Referralware could help me build my current business and if I did not have a business of my own, recommend a business. Referralware selects the best money making programs and brings them to your attention. At the end of the day it was my decision whether I became a paid member of Referralware or any other recommened business opportunity.

I found it was very clear on membership levels within Referalware. They clearly state that basic membership is only recommended for savvy and experienced marketers.

However, they did provide a guaranteed advertising solution for people with no or limited experience with marketing, which I have used and have been very pleased with the results.

They will also follow up on your leads for you, but recommend that you introduce yourself and offer any help required. Which leads me onto - Help!

There is also plenty of help to be had, your Sponsor (you have a choice whether you want to receive help from your sponsor), help desk by email, live support open 12 hours a day via the internet, FAQ, Live Training Calls and office telephone.

I used them all (except for the live training and office phone) at one time or another, which I put to good use, to clarify anything I was not sure of. I had 30 Days to consider what Referralware was offering. I had all my questions answered within a matter of days by using the available help.

I have found Referralware to be a very professional and ethical company. They have given me access to sound business advice which I have put to good use. I find it hard to believe that such a large and successful company would
jeapordise there reputation and business by misleading or mis-representing, themselves.

The emails I have received from Referalware contain their advice and recommendations. I have never felt that anything was stressed upon or pressure placed on me to take any sort of action.

As I mentioned earlier, Referralware selects the best money making programs and brings them to your attention. In September, I received a recommendation to join $1.67 A Day from Referralware. They supplied a link where I could sign up for a free demo which gave me access to the relevant information supplied by $1.67 A Day.

There was a lot of information to read and although everything was explained very well, I did make two or 3 visits on the same day just to digest all the information supplied. When I first looked at Referralware, I think it was more like 12 or 15 visits over 3 - 4 days.

$1.67 A Day is a marketing company. The main features they provide are a great management team, training, support and resources, which teach members, regardless of experience, how to use and get the best out of most methods of advertising, whether the member has an advertising budget or not. So no, you do not need to purchase leads if you use a free method of obtaining your leads. What do they Market? Themselves ($1.67 A Day) and Juvio.

What does membership costs $56.95 . Who receives and administers membership Fees and is responsible for paying commissions? Juvio not $1.67 A Day.

Of the membership fee $15 goes to 1.67 A Day for providing your personal website to promote $1.67 A Day and all the above I have mentioned + a lot more.

The remainder of the fee goes to Juvio for providing their good and very useful service as Rogers says, which is inclusive of their administration fee which is required to receive commissions on selling their products and/or services and for your own personal website and back office which contains your training and marketing materials.

???? Yes, why do we pay $1.67 A Day when Juvio has everything? Well that's it, Juvio does not have everything? I suppose Myself and Others could turn around to Juvio and ask them to cancell our fee to $1.67 A Day, but I don't think so!

I think everyone is partly to blame, but I do not think it was Referalware the 'Company' but most likely your Sponsor who may have been over zealous with his approach and desperate to make a sale when corrsponding with you.

Mail from the company (.com) ?????@referralware.com

Mail from your sponsor either own email address or (.net) ?????@referralware.net

I think if you read everthing that there was to read for both Referralware and $1.67 A Day you would have realised and understood what was required of you and what was to be provided to you.

When everything is handed to us on a plate to ensure our success, why then do most of us fail?
