Reflex beauty products Charged my credit card and sent additional product without authorization Buffalo New York
They claim that i agreed to additional shipments, but if I did it had to be in extremely small print.
They charge my card $89.72 ot Reflex ageless eye serum and $94.90 for the reflex morsturizer. When I called and complained They said that I should keep the product and they would credit my card a total of $$144.29, which I agreed to. This was on January 16, 2018.
I never received a credit. So, on 2 - 8 when I called, they claimed that they had issued the credit. I checked with my card and they said nothing was ever received.
So then, they said they would sent a check. No check ever came. I made another 4 phone calls and they always say, it's coming.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unfortunately, it appears that they are selling products under different names!
