Complaint Review: Refortage R.G.A.

This fellow came to the parking lot near Ulm in the Rout between Munich and Stuttgart and asked , whether I need Jackets. I told no. He told, he just wants to give it to me. then he asked for a help to get some money for Benzin(Gas). His wife's car is it. With Italian Number board and the Nr is I (Italy) DB 872XX . One Navy blue like Mercedes Benz A Class. He imposed to get help, wants money to go back to Italy. I told no money. He would come to ATM and get money. I told, if you need , I can help without jacket and gave 100 Euro and he saw money in purse and anted some Swiss Franks in my purse. I just thought that moment , let it be a help. He put the jackets to the car, though i told nothing and he disapppeared. interesting, that he has the same story of a another report from Miami, donz
