Complaint Review: Refund Recovery Software

I too ordered this software. Unlike a couple of other reports, I did receive the software. I then went to the training website and found a very inadequate on-line training manual.

As an aside, today I received an e-mail from a third party (Jeff Berg - jberg@blanketfax.com) offering to sell me some more software (another 79.95 + 8 sh) to help with marketing the services that Refund Recovery Software is supposed to help provide.

As the person from Alabama suggested, I checked the FedEx pages for their guarantee and saw the exclusion of refunds where a third party gathered the information.

While none of these reports are dated before I made my ill-advised purchase, I will surely check this site before making any more purchases.
