Complaint Review: REFUND RECOVERY SOFTWARE

This is the website where I paid $77.00 for the software & $11.00 for the S/H.I then received the software in the mail maybe a week or so later. This is the Web address they gave out to learn all about the business refundrecoverymanual.com This was to teach me how to use the business.

Also in the package they gave me a Customer Service email address. And I never ever received a response from them through this email address.

This was printed on a little card in the pkg: *We receive email from clients who have a SPAM block on their computer. This will prevent us from responding to your question. Please make sure you do not block the above e-mail address.
Another thing written on this card is, they told me to go to Additional marketing Resources blanketfax.com Jeff Berg is the site's so called owner. Which tells you of another software to faxbast people it only cost another $70.I elected not to purchase.
