When I first heard of this service I was very excited , finally I thought , something I could do at home on my computer and work hard at so that I could help secure my husbands and two childrens future. So after I recieved the two CDs [$77.00 ]I decided that I would put 200% into making this my very own business, somthing I could be very proud of.

I started to do research on running a small home based business, down loading anything I could find that was offerd free on the net so I could save as much of my savings as possible so I could launch a full blown ad. campaign and even started to develop a web site to further advertise to potential costomers. I bought a fax, office supplies, filed a business name with the CO. I opened a seperate bank acc. stayed up late at night to do research and try to narrow down the most potential prospects.

I was very proud, everything seemed to be falling into place I was just days away from doing my mail and email advertising and to start doing what I dreamed about for so long, I was EXSTATIC. Then the day before I was going to do the mail bit I happend to come accross Bad Business Bureau .com and discoverd that I had just been added to the suckers list.I hope R.R.S.rots in HELL!!!

I too have been looking at this software and decided to check the FedEX policies regarding refunds. Only for an international shipment does the "payor" actually have to request the refund. It doesn't say this for domistic shipments. You may still be able to process these unless they have changed their policy on this recently (which they also state they can do at their discretion at any time, kind of a strange "guarantee" if they can "revoke or suspend at their discretion"). I haven't looked at UPS yet (guessing it is fairly similar).
