Complaint Review: Regal Assets

Regal Assets They apparently haven't purchased the requested gold and silver even though the money was sent to them about 6 weeks ago. Waco Texas

I have been trying to reach them for two weeks about this. No one answers the phone, I just get voicemail. I leave messages but no one returns my calls.

Thanks to New Direction IRA (the custodian for my precious metals - they have great customer service) I was able to confirm that the precious metals were indeed purchased. There was simply a delay in reporting receipt of the metals at the Brinks depository.

However, I still haven't heard from Regal Assets! They didn't rip me off but because they haven't called me I probably won't use them for future purchases.
