Complaint Review: REGAL PONTIAC

REGAL PONTIAC After 6 weeks of "owning" my Hyundai Accent they did everything but tell the truth from the start. I just had a heart attack and they got me back to the dealership under false pretenses. I have never been deceived as much as this dealership has done. Lost paperwork,additional paperwork.Should have known. LAKELAND, Florida

After six weeks of "Owning" my Hyundai Accent. We were told we needed to sign another  paper.  They had lost my papers a few times before and I had already made two trips over there.  Well needless to say-it was a trick.  No papers to sign-MY husband  was told we needed an additional 1800.00 not by written notice or over the phone. My contract states no oral changes are binding, so legally they stole my car from me.  GM Corporate office now states that I have to contact Hyundai- Hyundai did'nt have anything to do with this.
