Regal Resales & Rentals REFUSES TO REFUND!! LAREDO Texas
I contacted Regal Resale & Rental several times via email to request a full refund($661.25). I explained in details my dispute with NH Krystal Cancun and the reason why I wanted a refund.
Below is the exact response I got from the MANAGER at Regal Resales & Rentals "I have further noted your threats and complaints to various authorities, consumer groups and via the Internet. Whilst I respect your right to follow any course you please, I fear you may look a little foolish when it emerges how little substance there is to what you are saying.
Some considerable time has now been spent in attempting to clarify these matters for you and we are not given to pursuing correspondence of a repetitious nature. In short, your complaint is not justified and consequently we have not the slightest intention of giving you your money back.

Regal canceled my contract as I request, however refused to issued a refund. Hans from NH Krystal Cancun set us up with Joseph Gardindeni (Regal Resale & Rentals broker) while we were in Cancun.
It seems that NH Krystal Cancun, Bank of America, and Regal are all in this Timeshare scam or so call investment opportunity together.
