Bordering on fraudulant advertising, inadequate customer service, and confusing avenues for problem resolution, this company takes money and doesn't deliver! Letters requesting help, cooperation and resolution to our issues have been ignored.

Following a moderate pressure sales presentation, we signed a 10 year contract with Regal Resorts Int'l because we believed their claims of getting 35-60% discounts on domestic and international travel tours because they were "Travel Consolidators". The ONLY cancellation clause in the agreement was a 3 day "buyers remorse".

We inquired about a European tour and discovered that we could find the exact same tour fro the same price through the tour operator and other provate / commercial travel agencies! No discounts were evident. Hotel rates, offered at discounts, were actually higher than the hotel's publiushed rates on the Internet!

Reaching their 3rd party Customer Service line has never resulted in a direct call to a live person. All calls went to voice mail and we've been waiting 3 weeks for a return call despite several calls and email we initiated. There is only one toll free number through the travel agent to contact this company.

They also have a corporate street address in Tennessee, and a PO Box address in South Carolina. It is confusing to know in which State to register a complaint.

It may be true, "buyer beware" and "if it's too good to be true, it usually not". Nevertheless, there must be some legal protection from inadequate contract cancellation clause, and consumer rights regarding contract termination.
