I funded an account with Regal Wealth, and let it auto trade for me for 3 days last week. The broker was Starling Capital, which is owned by Grey Mountain Management. All the auto trader did was make 2 hour trades in coffee all day long, with about a 30% win rate. I didn't really start getting frustrated until I found out that, in spite of everything written here-the customer support for both Regal Wealth and Starling Capital is NON-EXISTENT. Starling Capital never answered their phone in over a dozen tries, nor did they respond to any of my attempts at chat messages on their site. All of the emails I sent to the Regal Wealth customer support, as well as the one I sent to Starling Capital "verification' dept.-were all returned to me as UNDELIVERABLE-so I have been unable to have a conversation of any kind with anyone at either company! I also noticed that I had a good many losing trades posted to "my account" that never showed up on the "my positions" page on the Starling Capital site, which I believe I am owed an explanation for? Since I am unable to get any response or communications with anybody at either entity, I decided I needed to post a fraud alert with my bank, to dispute the charges related to my deposit with Regal Wealth. It all appears to be nothing but another huge SCAM!
