RegalCamera.com offered an attractive price on an LCD TV I was shopping for, so I ordered one.

Next I got an email saying I needed to call and confirm my order.

I called and they offered me an extended warranty, then an "upgrade" from the Japan version with no warranty to the USA version, and so on. All of the up-sell items were overpirced - even the shipping.

I said all I want is the TV at the price offered and nothing else, but of course they would not do that because the price they offer is a fraud.

Beware, who knows what other ways they might rip-off consumers who unwittingly buy something from them. No doubt the reason they can't offer a legitimate discount price is that they need a high profit margin to pay their lawyers.
