Regan Mercantile ,LLC. evony Non-delivery of goods or "Bait and Switch" Internet
The company recently began a promotion for in game credits. Once the payment through paypal cleared only 1/5th of what was advertised was provided. At this point at least 50 others had reported the same issue in the forum. We were told there was an issue and then it would be corrected by a software update. Some might have been fixed at this point and I let them know that it had not for me. After a week went by I finally got a response and they claimed that I had only ordered the 1/5th. They did not provide the details on the "receipt" of the original purchase so I have no option to prove otherwise. Now they are running a similar promotion and there is now hundreds more that are reporting a similar issue so it has become clear to me that they are either doing bait and switch practices or just simply robbing the consumer and then claiming technical issues or telling the users that they did not purchase what they were led to believe.
