Complaint Review: Regency Camera

I have read plenty of complaints about Regency Camera on this website. I only wish I would have done that before trying to order a camera from them. Like many others, I was promised a great camera (cannon g2)at a great price ($569.99)but it was never delivered. I ordered the camrea in Noveber 2001, and as of March 2002, still no camera. This dispite the fact that when I call their sales dept pretending to be a new customer, they say it is in stock! Today they were trying to do the old bait and switch routine, and I finally told them to cancel the order. They are the rudiest buch of people I have ever tried to do business with. For those of you who haven't done so, you should file a compliant with the Federal Trade Commision. They have an online form you can use to do this at https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 . The only way the FTC will act on this is if they receive a lot of complaints, PLEASE go there and let them know about this company.
