Complaint Review: Regency Furniture

buyer beware of buying from a furniture store.  Ask up front if there is a delivery fee.  If they say no make sure on your bill of sales there are not no hidden fees.  I was told one thing but was given otherwise.  Also, w/ a delivery fee, make sure that you are allowed to pick your time.  I have spent over 5 hours trying to narrow down a delivery time and to my liking.  They gave me no choice!  Until I threatened that after waiting over a month for delivery I was not accepting a window period of 4:00 - 7:00 at night for delivery of my furniture did I get any where.  They claim that they have sub-contactors do the delivery and out of their hands, this is total bull.   So be aware  of what you are getting into w/ Regency Furniture in Northern Va.  Great prices.  Great sales people but when it comes to delivery that is a total different story.  Let us hope this furniture shows up and no damages on the delivery time tomorrow.
