I am not even sure where to begin with this ...we ordered furniture from Regency on 10-31-2015 and was told that delivery would be the next week.

I was very happy as I wanted to get new furniture for the holidays. The next week the delivery drivers came to deliver furniture and all the furniture was incorrect, after speaking to the warehouse the drivers left with the furniture, we called the store and was told by the manager that they would order the correct furniture and would call us - after 2 days we had not heard anything so we went in the store to speak to the manager who tried to blow us off. It turns out the correct furniture had yet to be ordered, we have been given multiple deliver dates, we ordered a sectional with them - they did make it back out 2 weeks later to deliver and and again the furniture was incorrect, the only thing that was correct was the wedge so we said that could stay as we anticipated delivery of the other pieces very soon. We continue to call customer service to try and get the date and every time the expected delivery date to the warehouse changes.

It has now been 3 months and all we have is a wedge. Regency does not care once they are paid - we purchased this furniture with the promises of furniture the following week, with this promise we got rid of our furniture to make room for the new -this left us no furniture for our family for Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

This company should be ashamed of itself.Please DO NOT purchase from this store!
