On March 6, 2007 my boyfriend and I ordered a 5 peice Living Room set. It included a couch, loveseat, coffee table and 2 end tables. Our sales person was Ahmed and he assured us that this particular item was very popular and we would have it in no more than 3 weeks. So we went ahead and ordered the items thinking that would be great considering we just bought our 1st house and we had no furniture and it would work out perfect getting the furniture in that time frame.

So we called and spoke with a customer service rep. when 3 weeks came and we were told our furniture came in on March 24th and was sent back out for reasons unknown to us, we received no phone calls telling us that it was sent back. We assumed our furniture was there and everything was good. We were told we could come and get our tables because they were there. We refused to do so because what good are coffee and end tables w/ no love seat and couch. So we decided to wait and get it all in one trip.

We were then told by the customer service rep that our furniture would be in on April 17th, 3 weeks past our promised date of delivery. We requested the floor model if possible or a complete cash back refund and we were told by Ahmed "I will take care of you, don't worry" he said he will call us back and let us know ASAP. 2 days went by and we finally got a call back stating our furniture will be in on the 17th of April and the lady hung up.

Finally my boyfriend called and spoke to Mr. Lee the manager and he told us that with out a doubt our furniture will be in on April 10th definatley. So with that in mind I called and spoke to a customer service rep today (4/10/07) and I was told that our furniture is out of stock and that if they do get it in it will be available for pick up on the 17th of April. However, she said that a truck will be in at 3pm today and if there is something on there for us she will call! This is the most rediculous company I have ever delt with and I cannot believe they are still in business. I will without a doubt never ever use this company again! Their customer service skills are equivillent to dealing with a 1st grader. They have no work ethic and no phone manners and last of all they have no respect for anyone but themselves! When promising to call someone back that day or in a few minutes and you don't receive a call back until 2-3 days later there is something wrong. What happened to the customer is always right and keeping the customer happy??

I see by reading all these reports that we are not the only ones pretty sad that they can treat people like this!!!!

There's not enough customer information here to accurately respond to this case specifically. But based on what the customer said, the information she gave was nothing more than a malicious rant about her opinions of this company. The customer, I can say, did indeed receive her furniture in a timely manner based on the time-frame we're allowed to deliver furniture. We typically order furniture (unless it's in stock) which takes approximately two-six weeks to come in.

The customer answered her own question though. We are still in business because we are a legitimate company that makes an effort to satisfy customers. We do not appreciate it when someone slanders and gives false information about our company on the internet.
