Complaint Review: Regency furniture

Regency furniture Was told verbally for extra$ it would be a 5 yr warranty. When called about it they would not honor warranty

Bought furniture was told for an additional 100.00 it would cover a 5 yr warranty that included coming to clean the furniture if any stains including bodily fluids & pet stains,(even though furniture is black & micro fiber) springs pertruding, electrical (the electrical was the main reason for getting the warranty because it being electrical recliners)&!holes. Had electrical issues & springs pertruding. When I called about the warranty they wouldn’t honor it. Call the Better Business Bureau & reported them but received no help there because they never gave me a paper warranty the salesman told me the receipt of purchase was my warranty.
