Regeneca Regenerect Ethos Regeneca Regenerect is a MAJOR ripoff Irvine, California
Regeneca Multi level marketing scam hype company product Regenerect (formerly Ethos gas additive) are liars. They had one product for male enhancement in May and when I purchased they shipped me a new formula which does not work.
When I called and asked to return the junk and get full refund, I was lied to once more that I could and just send it back.
They only refunded $200.30 and held $48.15 back saying they stand by their procedures and policies!
It was blatant BAIT AND SWITCH
I want my $48.15 back immediately and have filed complaints with the Los Angeles BBB and California AG. Next is FTC, FDA and more online scam and fraud reporting websites.

For someone like youself to have such a comittment to making people believe your rediculous accusations against Regeneca Worldwide. You absolutely must be a pharmaceutical company employee. Getting on this website doing what you do here is abviously a job that you get paid to do. Even if your not an employee of a pharmaceutical company. Your way over top with your ranting over this issue. Your bank could have played a part in the delay on your return. Not to mention what a quick decition you made to believe such BS story about Regenerect being " drug laced " as you called it. It doesn't sound like you did any research or even asked any questions about what was really going on. It sounds like you jumped to conclusions and over reacted. And ... you kept over reacting to the point where you got on this website and continued to make a complete and utter fool of yourself. You look like a retard on here. You look like you have a nothing better to do with your useless , meaningless and pitiful life. Grow a brain dude. And do some original thinking.

For someone who states so clearly that he hates Regeneca. You seem extremely desperate to get back in. Offering to step in for a salary plus a signing bonus and a 10% commission? You have not yet shown any insight to substantiate your claims against them. You are probably not having any success because you, A. Have no business skills , B. You don't know how to handle yourself professionally, C. Your mommy is still breast feeding you. or D. All of the above. Get a job. Get a life and stop sucking on mommy's tit.

DO NOT get involved with this company or purchase any of their products. This is fraudulent company (fact not an opinion) that had THREE of their products recalled for containing prescription drugs. I have been scammed out of several hundred dollars from this crooked company, and as I have promised, have not gone away and will never go away until this company is shut down. I have posted over a hundred complaints on scam.com regarding these criminals and not a single one has been responded to by an employee of this scam company. Instead, all my complaints have mysteriously vanished. LOL! Now, it is up to you whether or not to believe their BS marketing, but if you do, you can bet your a$$ I'll be the first to say I told you so and have a good belly laugh. Consumer beware, Regeneca is a scam!!!

Fraudunlent Companies May Now Hide Their Scam!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Sat, October 15, 2011
When checking the legitimacy of any business, and or the validity of their offer, products, etc, etc, be sure to to check up to page 5 of Google and far beyond. The reason is, Regeneca is a fraudulent company and those that do not check page 5 of Google and beyond would never know this, because 200 plus websites are owned by the same two individual reps of this fraudulent company and encompass more than 5 pages of Google search results. WARNING: Beware of any company that purports to "Remove Rip Off Reports." This fraud involves the "hiding" of Rip Off Reports," by pushing them beyond the pages the average web surfer views. That's why it is extremely important, for those performing their due diligence to take the time to visit as many pages as they possibly can and ask themselves this question, how in the world does a company that has so many unresolved complaints end up on page 5, 6, 7, or Google? The likely answer is they probably paid such a company to "hide their scam" by "pushing it" beyond the pages most people consider worthy of viewing. Why would any legitimate company choose to have reports regarding their company "removed" or "hidden" instead of acknowledged, addressed, and rectified if they had nothing to hide?

Don't be fooled by anything Regeneca puts out, whether it be a radio announcement, television spot, newspaper ad, magazine ad, or websites. This a fraudulent company that attempted to steal money from me and who knows how many others. This fraudulent company even manufactured and distributed a drug contaminated boner pill and who knows how long they would have continued if they haven't got caught. WARNING: Regeneca and The BCC News will soon be launching a massive media campaign. Also, do not fall for the many Regeneca websites that appear to be legitimate third party review sites, they are not. As a matter of fact, the first 3-4 pages of search results for Regeneca, Regenerect, and Regeneslim belong to the same two individuals. They are owners of a large SEO company.

Regeneca Is A Fraud!!!

If you are considering purchasing products from this company, becoming a distributor, or investing in their stock option program, DON'T DO IT!!! This company and their business opportunity is a scam. To become a distributor you would be looking at a $350.00 + reoccurring on the very low end. $100.00 for their products that sucks balls (auto-ship), another $200.00 for an UNPROVEN third party marketing company that's referred to as "The One Step Millionaire Program," and yet another UNPROVEN third party higher learning program that's referred to as "Regeneca University." LOL!!! Yes that's right, "Regeneca University." LOL!!! An additional $200.00 - $350.00 a month for leads, the amount of leads it would more than likely require to build a minimal downline of distributors and customers that would generate a return on investment, is not included in the $350.00 figure. Keep in mind, this company not only manufactures crappy a*s products, they were also caught manufacturing and distributing drug contaminated boner pills. Regeneca, along with the BCC News, is willing to invest whatever it takes to promote this fraud. Be warned, it's a scam!!!

Anyone and everyone that is considering joining this company must learn about it's shady past and know that there is no money to be made here. None!!! As a matter of fact, they can expect to be throwing away $350.00 on the very low end.

From the sound of my postings, one may conclude that I am against the MLM, and The Health and Wellness industry. That's truly not the case. I am only against what this company in particular has done to me, and however many others they have done it to, which is, think that they can screw people over just because they have invested millions of dollars into bull**!t products. I don't give a f^<k if Regeneca invested a trillion dollars into this business, it's still a scam!!! If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and sounds like a duck, it's a scam!!!

Time For Regeneca To Step Up And Prove They Have Nothing To Hide And Are Interested In Transparancy!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Tue, September 13, 2011
Regeneca International needs me on their payroll in upper management, because I am someone who is open, honest, and would easily clean up their dirty past. You know, the whole drug contamination thing, not being up-front with their distributors and shareholders and acting as though they have the greatest business opportunity on planet earth, when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. As it currently stands, anyone searching for a business or investment opportunity would be wise to stay clear of this downright shady company. I would change all of this in a heartbeat, by immediately releasing a few shady people in upper management and implementing absolute transparency, a key component that Regeneca severely lacks. People love me for my brutal honesty, integrity and not holding back the truth. I am a true believer that transparency is important for any business, especially when it's in pre-launch. Regeneca has definitely started out on a wrong note, having been caught promoting a drug contaminated boner pill and acting as though they dont give a $h!t about the whole situation. This made me very angry and immediatly got me thinking about a proposal. My salary requirement is a meagre $250,000.00 per year with a seven year contract, a 10% commission, and a $150,000.00 signing bonus. Regeneca is likely paying their current management team more than what I am requesting, while a few team members continue to screw them up the @$$hole. I on the other hand, would make sure that what happened to Regeneca in the past never happens again. I would reestablish shareholder trust, something that seems highly improbable at the moment. I was taught at a very early age that honesty is the best policy and I am extremely confident that my honesty can help reshape Regenca to what it once was and get it back on the right track Willingly bringing me on-board the management team, someone they screwed in the past, would demonstrate that Regeneca finds transparency to be an important and integral part of their business. If they dont like my offer, they can go Fv<K themselves and their infomercials!!!

The fraudulent company that brought you products like Regenerect, Regenescam, Regenesmell, and their most recent one called Regene$h!t is about to flood the airwaves with their crappy products and fraudulent business opportunity. Don't fall for it, it's a scam! Regeneca has paid out millions to BCC News to have them flood the airwaves with advertising. Problem is, Regeneca scammed me and God knows how many others and continues to act as though everything is peachy pie. Hahahahaha! Sorry to say, it isn't. I have been scammed before, and have vowed ever since that it well never happen again. BCC News claims that they are approaced by several hundred businesses per month and are forced to turn down the majority of them. Nonsense!!! I can think of hundreds of businesses off the top of my head that have not been caught promoting drug contaminated products and stiffing (pun intended) their distributors. If Regeneca is the best business The BCC News could promote, then they are even lower than I initially gave them credit for and their advertisments definitely need to be ignored.

Regene$h!t Coming Soon!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Sun, September 11, 2011
You have been invited to attend a Regeneca meeting being hosted in your city, what should you do? Not attend the meeting, that's what you should do. Regeneca is a fraudulent company. As a matter of fact, you should also explain to the person(s) that invited you to the meeting why you believe it's a very bad idea for them to continue doing business with this fraudulent company, and suggest that they immediately discontinue throwing away hundreds of dollars a month on this heap of garbage. An average Regeneca distributor throws away well over $350 per month on this scam. $100 (on the very low end) on their monthly product autoship, an additional $200 per month for The One Step Millionaire Program, which is one of two BOGUS third party services that Regeneca endorses and promotes. And $50 per month on Regeneca University, which is the other BOGUS third party service that Regeneca endorses and promotes. Why does Regeneca peddle BOGUS third party services, when they already make a killing off of their distributors, by charging them $35.00 per customer? Because theres really no way for anyone to measurably track the results of such gimmicks and Regeneca knows this. Once a distributor charges any one of the BOGUS third party services that Regeneca offers on their credit card, they will soon discover that they have little to no recourse and that the transaction(s) will definitely not be overturned by their credit card company. Should distributors elect not to enroll into these programs, Regeneca would no doubt claim that them not enrolling into these services was the reason for their failure. Distributors of this fraudulent company on the other hand, could not claim that Regenecas BOGUS third party services have failed them, because Regeneca does not guarantee that these programs will yeild results, nor would they ever. In other words, Regeneca has all of the loopholes in this scam covered and working in their favor. These offerings are nothing but one sided gimmicks, whereby Regeneca uses loopholes found in credit card companies terms and conditions to rip consumers off. Once Regeneca receives a credit card payment for any one of the BOGUS third party services they offer, the onus is on consumers to prove everything in a dispute. Its nearly impossible for someone to prove fraud has been or is committed by a fraudulent company when all companies have to do is respond with we delivered a product, or we provided a service. SCAM!!! This is exactly how fraudulent companies like Regeneca continue to get away with their snake oil sales. Its because the credit card laws are on the side of businesses, not on consumers, that these types of scams are so prevalent. WARNING: Regeneca got caught by the FDA with drugs in their male enhancement and have been downplaying the severity of the situation ever since. This clearly shows how dishonest and corrupt this company truly is. Its no wonder they did not see a problem with having Buck Reed (the most notorious scam artist in MLM) promote their products and fraudulent business opportunity. Bucky teeth even left his sidekick behind and she is still very much apart of Regenecas fraudulent management team. Apparently, this fraudulent company has now become more concerned about endorsing and promoting BOGUS third party gimmicks and selling shares in their fraudulent scheme, rather than researching and investing in products that truly work and refunding their distributors for what was their own wrongdoing. Regeneca does not stand behind their products, nor do they take care of their distributors. They have given everyone that returned their drug contaminated product and were due refunds the run around for months. Regenecas initial reason for the long delay of refunds was "their new accounting department." Flat out lie because this excuse was eventually replaced with an "ongoing FDA investigation." Ongoing FDA investigation" was also a load of crap because they had been assuring distributors throughout that they were given the all clear by the FDA to continue doing business. Now if it were true that Regeneca had been given the all clear by the FDA to carry on, there obviously would have been no "ongoing FDA investigation." A problem with their merchant account" was Regenecas most recent and ridiculous excuse for the delay because it proves unequivocally that the whole FDA investigation was nothing but a huge lie from the very beginning. This fraudulent company is made up of a bunch of blatant liars. During the entire three long and agonizing months that it took for me to get refunded, I received only two calls from Regeneca and they were both return calls. One from Val and the other from James. Both Val and James insisted that refunds generally take 90 days. I assured both of these fruit-cakes that it absolutely DOES NOT take 90 days to issue refunds. It wouldn't take a second grader more than 3 minutes to count 82 capsules, times 82 by $10.00 and cut a refund check. It took these cocky bastards three months to refund me because they wanted to take three months, and there is absolutely no telling if Regeneca would have refunded me at all had it not been for my ongoing postings here on Rip Off Report. It was the companys fault in the first place for their product containing drugs and it going undetected for as long as it had, so Regeneca needed to step up and resolve the refund issue first and foremost instead of putting profits first. Needless to say, I have been extremely inconvenienced by this scam. This scam has caused me to miss credit card payments and also caused me to have to close two accounts, while these crooks continued recruiting more unsuspecting victims. This entire Regeneca/BCC News is a scam and it's not a matter of opinion. I have been personally scammed by these pr!<ks and it has now become my personal duty to make sure no one else falls for this trash. Dont believe a word they say. This company is so full of $h!t, they might want to consider having their senior management and silent partners start taking their soon to be released product called Regene$h!t. Regene$h!t helps people that are full of $h!t release their load in the form of diarrhea. An all natural $h!t releaser if you will. If after reading this post you are still adamant about purchasing products from this fraudulent company, joining their bogus opportunity, or investing in their heap of garbage, you will have no one but yourself to blame for your hard earned money vanishing from your pocket and appearing in theirs. UP YOURS VAL!!! t(^_^t)

While channel surfing late one night you happen to come across an infomercial featuring a new male enhancement called Regenerect, or a diet pill called Regeneslim, or any product put out by this fraudulent company, what should you do? The answer is turn the station immediately, this whole Regeneca crap is a big gimmick! The fraud involves getting unsuspecting viewers to purchase OVERPRICED and UNPROVEN products and services and later getting them to sign up for a monthly autoship with an average monthly cost of $100.00. In addition to this average $100.00 product autoship, Regeneca will also attempt to sell you on a couple of other third party programs such as "The One Step Millionaire Program" which is complete garbage and will cost you an additional $200.00 per month. The third program is called "Regeneca University" and will cost you yet another $50.00 per month, bringing your total monthly expenditure to $350.00. Both of these third party programs are UNPROVEN in yielding results, which literally means you have no way of measuring your ROI, or return on investment. Could you imagine spending $350.00 per month, which by the way, does not include the $35.00 that Regeneca will charge you for each customer they place in your downline, and not being able to accurately determine your returns? SCAM!!! Regeneca claims to want to help people when it seems they are more interested in bankrupting their distributors. How many months do you suppose the average person would be able to spend $350.00 with no return? How many customers at $35.00 each do you suppose you would need in your downline to break even? Watch Regeneca's compensation video and do the math yourself. You will clearly see that there is no opportunity here. SCAM!!! Did I mention how Regeneca once promoted a drug contaminated product? WARNING: Once your credit card has been charged for any of Regeneca's fraudulent services you have little to no recourse. I know this from personal experience to be an absolute fact because I have been scammed by this fraudulent company and disputed the transaction with my credit card company. The reply that I received from my bank stated that because Regeneca could document the transactions my dispute was nada. In other words, once you have been duped by this fraudulent company you are at the total mercy of their fraud and must endure any and all inconvenience it causes.

This company and everything about it is a fraud!!! Their products suck a$$ and one of them has even been found to be contaminated with drugs. How the f^<K does a company that was supposedly promoting an "all natural" supplement be caught peddling drugs? And get away with it? LOL! To make matters worst, they have not been keeping their distributors up to date with the so called "FDA investigation" and have even withheld paying distributors refunds for three months. There's no telling how much longer, or if they would have refunded me at all, had I not been extremely diligent in my scam posting campaign regarding their fraud. Regeneca is by far the most dishonest company I have ever come across in my entire life. It should not have come as a surprise, that Buck Reed (currently under investigation by the FBI) had once been affiliated with this fraudulent company and that his one time piece of $h!t partner is still very much a part of the Regeneca scam. Regeneca's products are absolutely UNPROVEN to work. They make their money primarily by selling customers and signups to their field of distributors. Another way Regeneca profits is by peddling more UNPROVEN third party feces to their field of distributors. "Regeneca University" and "The One Step Millionaire program" are just two examples.

If you were thinking about purchasing product from Regeneca, joining their fraudulent business opportunity, or investing in their bogus stock option initiative, you better think twice! Long and hard (pun definitely intended) baby!!! This company has been caught with drugs in their product and they have been trying to sweep this matter under the rug ever since. If the FDA were to catch any individual peddling a drug laced product under the category "dietary supplement," you better believe there would be a long and thourough investigation regarding the matter. So why in the f^<k!ng world is no one being held accountable for this drug mysteriously appearing in Regenerect? Is everyone supposed to believe that the FDA is going to turn a blind eye and just forget that this drug thingy ever happened? Bull$h!t!!! These are the dates and times when this bogus program about Regenerect will air on television. Without having seen it for myself, I can sum up the entire scam for you. 1. Regeneca puts out a product that contains drugs in them. 2. Regeneca issues a voluntary recall of drug laced product. 3. Regeneca takes back product from hundreds of distributors. 4. Regeneca does not refund distributors, but instead gives them the runaround for months, claiming that their "brand new accounting department" was the reason for distributors not being refunded, then later changing the reason to "FDA involevement," then later changing the reason once again to "their merchant account." I'll give you the real reason why distributors have not been refunded and that is, Regeneca is a fraudulent company plain and simple. No f^<k!ng legitimate company would ever have allowed this to happen to them, without having went after the individual(s) that were responsible for the drug contamination in the first place. Why was no one held criminally responsible for putting drugs in a product that was advertised as being drug free? Wonder if this program tells the real story??? Hmmmmm???

Here's an email that I received from Val on Tuesday, August 30, 2011:
From: Val Krapf <val@regeneca.com>
Sent: Tuesday, August 30, 2011 7:53 AM
Subject: Re: Your Refund...
Reid, they will not allow me to put it on a different card. I can cut and mail you a check. Let me know who you want it written out to and what address I should mail it to.
My question to Val is where'e my f^<k!ng check a$$hole? Today is Friday and I still have not recieved a check from this fraudulent company. I believe you told me that you would have it sent by overnight carrier. You know you are a liar Val! First the delay for refunds were due to your company's "new accounting dept," then it was an "investigation by the FDA," now it has something to do with your comany's "merchant account?????"
WARNING: If you were thinking about purchasing product from this company, signing up as a distributor, or investing in their bogus stock option program, DON'T DO IT!!! This whole operation is FRAUDULENT!!! Also, DO NOT allow the nice building or all the rah, rah, rah at their meetings or conference calls to fool you. For example, this fraudulent company constantly boasts "never having missed a single commision check." This is no large feat when you have stiffed many distributors out of thousands of dollars. Why is there never any mention of this fact?

Beware Of Regeneca's New Bull$h!t Juice!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Thu, September 01, 2011
Regeneca is releasing a new juice that is supposedly vitamin rich, blah, blah, blah blah! Don't buy this drink unless that is, they are able to substantiate the health benefits. There are many health drinks on the market put out by other companies that show measureable results, thus proving that their products indeed works. Pharmanex and their BioPhotonic Scanner is just one example. If you are in the market for a health drink, I would highly suggest a product like Monavie. You definitely want to stay away from Regeneca and any of their products. This company had already been caught with drugs in their flagship male enhancement, and to make matter worst, these smug a$$wipes tried sweeping the problem under the rug, not refunding their distributors in a timely manner, hell even going so far as blowing them off. This company is not very credible and severly lacks integrity. If Regeneca is not a scam, no company is, or in the history of mankind ever was!!!

These Crooks Tried To Rip Me Off!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Wed, August 31, 2011
Regeneca International IS ABSOLUTELY aware of my experience and that I am posting it here on Rip Off Report. A silent partner of this fraudulent company regularly gathers reports from this website and takes them with him to his meetings with the board. Their blatant refusal to address any reports is clearly to the give a false impression to the public that they have not done anything unscrupulous when nothing could be further from the truth. You see, that's what fraudulent companies do, they remain silent (in hiding) and pretend that nothing ever happened, instead of coming forward in the public eye to address complaints and resolve them. Fraudulent companies see apologies as an admission of guilt. This does not sit well with people like me. My irritation has now turned into a major headache that went untreated. What do most people do when they have a headache? That's right, they take aspirin or other pain relief remedies to alleviate the pain. Unfortunately, alleviating my irritation from all the inconvenience this scam has caused me will require something much more potent than aspirin. It will require compensation and a public apology from the but hole Val himself. Huge compensation I'm afraid. These f^<king bastards tried to scam me and would have gotten away with it had it not been for my perseverance. I finally received an email from Regeneca stating that a check is on the way in the amount of $439.00. Only $439.00? Hahahahaha!

Regeneca Is A Fraudulent Company!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Tue, August 30, 2011
I should have known from the very beginning that Regeneca was a fraudulent company. The fact that their "all natural" product had been producing a side effect (headache) that they were trying to cover up should have been a big red flag. Just drink water they would say. LOL!!! How Regeneca's "stringent" drug testing did not reveal the presence of drugs is beyond incomprehensible. Simple clinical testing and a little due diligence on the part of Regeneca would have revealed that the ingredients in Regenerect would not, and could not produce an erection without the drug it was found to contain. Its hard for me to believe that Regeneca International and BCC News, two companies that were about to invest millions of dollars into a product, had been unaware of this fact. Now this fraudulent company that has zero integrity in the eyes of many is releasing RegeneKids??? Yeah, just what everyone would want their kids to be taking. How can any parent be sure that this product is safe? Really want to help children? Heres a novel idea, FEED THEM!!! I would bet my life that a hundred out of a hundred kids would rather eat, than take a supplement from a company that recently had been under scrutiny for promoting and distributing drug contaminated boner pills, and later attempted to stiff (pun intended) their distributors. Where's my refund a$$hole Val?

#45Consumer Comment
Sun, August 28, 2011
As you probably already know, the media does nothing but spread garbage and propaganda and this is exactly what the BCC News and Regeneca are planning to do. It is important that everyone knows that Regeneca has been caught by the FDA for having drugs in their flagship boner pill and have no interest in refunding distributors for sending back the contaminated product. It doesn't surprise me one bit however, that the BCC would continue their relationship with this fraudulent company. It proves unequivocally what everyone already knew about the bull$h!t media industry in the first place, which is, there is nothing and no one these lying scoundrels wouldn't bend over for when it comes to money. The BCC News is full of crap for wanting to promote such an unscrupulous company.

Multilevel "stiff job" (pun intended) marketing. You like that huh? I crack myself up sometimes. That's exactly what Regeneca is however. Regeneca and their bogus opportunity is a major stiff job and I am growing more and more agitated by the day thinking back on how I actually believed in this company at one time, and in turn got stabbed in the back by these con artists. Yes ladies and gentlemen, this company had drugs in their product which they labeled "dietary supplement." How the f^<k does this happen? To make matters worst, they have not once contacted distributors via phone or mail on their own accord regarding the status of refunds. Not once!!! Not even an attempt!!! Instead they keep blowing distributors off with their "we're gonna do this, or we're gonna do that, rah, rah, rah" weekly calls.

New Marketing Concept To Launch Soon!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Sat, August 27, 2011
That's right, Regeneca International is planning to launch a new marketing concept called MLSJM or Multilevel Stiff Job Marketing on November 11, 2012, whereby millions are going to be paid to a national media company to promote a fraudulent business opportunity and a pile of $h!t stock option program. Know that this company's drug laced boner pill has been intercepted by the FDA, tested and found to contain drugs within their first year of operation. How fraudulent must a company be, before law enforcement takes some kind of action?

Why was Adam released from Regeneca? Why was the reason for his release not made public? After all, this is a publicly traded company isn't it? The shareholders and distributors have a right to know of any and all wrongdoings that take place in the company, because they have a vested interest. Oh wait, I forgot, this a fraudulent company. LOL! What in the
world was I thinking? This is the same company that intentionally put out a drug laced boner pill and later attempted to swindle their distributors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is the same company that had the most crooked man (Buck Reed) promote their drug laced boner pill and fraudulent business opportunity and later leave behind his piece of $h!t partner who still by the way, is still in upper management. So again I ask, why was Adam Released? Scapegoat??? Where's my refund a$$holes?

Regeneca And The BCC World Media Looks To Scam Tens Of Thousands!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Thu, August 25, 2011
If you were thinking about becoming a distributor or shareholder of this fraudulent company you need to Google the name Buck Reed. This con-artist has duped hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars. For some odd reason, Buck was once a part of Regeneca, but like many others have mysteriously vanished. Beware: His partner in crime (a woman) is still very much a part of Regeneca's management team. Together these two bandits have scammed thousands of people in several different MLM companies including, but not limited to, Equinox, Monavie, and a few other companies. Buck Reed is not only a con-man wanted by many, he is also flat out evil. Like the title above states, Regeneca And The BCC World Media is currently in the process of launching a massive media campaign in hopes to get tens of thousands to either purchase their BS products, become distributors of their fraudulent business opportunity, or invest in their fraudulent stock option program. If you are ever lucky enough to see one of their commercials turn the station at once and do not call the toll free number, this whole thing is a scam! Do not allow yourself to be talked into this fraud. If I were the BCC I would have second thoughts about wasting money on this scam, but then again, everyone know the media is full of crap anyways. I finally received an email by Val regarding my refund. I hope he doesn't honestly believe he is going to refund me only $400.00 at this point, and not compensate me for all the inconvenience his company's scam has caused. That would really pi$$ me off.

RegeneKids???

Mon, August 22, 2011
Regeneca has recently added two new products to their current line of non-existent and drug laced offerings. The first one is called RegeneScam. You heard me right, RegeneScam!!! RegeneScam involves the peddling of drug contaminated boner pills, and later stealing money from all the victims that return product to the company and request refunds. Their second release is called RegeneKids. Now how can a company that blatantly rips people off, have the audacity to claim they are concerned about the health and well being of children? SCAM!!! I am currently disputing all transactions that I have ever made to Regeneca on the grounds of fraud, and will keep everyone posted on exactly what these con-artists have to say. In the meantime, if you or someone you know were thinking about becoming a distributor of Regeneca, or possibly investing in this fraudulent company's stock option program, don't do it!!! Many investors have already pulled out due to the shadiness of Regeneca's management team, and more investors continue to do so on an almost daily basis. Don't buy into the hype, and don't believe a single word anyone from Regeneca tells you. Beware, this scam is coming to a city near you!!!

If you have come across an advertisement for Regeneca International or one of their BS products, DO NOT respond to the advertisement. This company engages in fraudulent business practices and their business opportunity is a flat out scam. Their lead product has been found by the FDA to contain drugs. Regeneca issued a company wide recall and still have not refunded me $620.00 for 82 capsules that I returned on June 8th of 2011. At this point I am furious and expect to be compensated at least twice the amount for all the inconvenience this delay has caused, and also for having missed several payments because of this bull$h!t company. I am not going to stop writing until I have received my $620.00 with compensation for my inconvenience. I am soon going to report this scam to the BBB and the FTC, and will also dispute the charges with my bank. If you are an investor and were thinking about investing in their stock program DON'T DO IT!!! This fraudulent company endorses, promotes, and is all about up-selling their Reps on other bogus third party services. Services such as "Regeneca University," which is nothing more than an overpriced sales training program and "The One Step Millionaire Program," which is a call center that costs $200.00 per month for a system that absolutely does not work. This call center does not even call leads for Regeneca distributors, but instead requires them to call in with their leads for three way conversations. Bogus!!! Oh, lastly, this fraudulent company, with the help of the BCC, is planning on flooding the airways with advertisements, but who knows, that was probably all hype also. Whatever you do, don't fall for the hype and make sure that your family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc, etc don't as well.

New Rubbish Company By The Name Regeneca Goes MLM!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Sat, August 13, 2011
No, this company does pick up rubbish. What it does do is sell rubbish. It sells bogus products that don't work unless it contains drugs. When this fraudulent company was caught by the FDA for peddling a drug laced boner pill (Regenerect), they immediately issued a voluntary company wide recall. Problem is, they don't refund your money when you return the drug laced product. Instead they keep giving you the run around when you call in to inquire about the status. "The FDA is responsible for the delay of refunds," "our new accounting department is to blame for the delay of the refunds," and "refunds take 8 weeks to process" are only a few of the lame excuses I've been told by the employees of this fraudulent company. 1. Regeneca officials insist that they were given the all clear by the FDA to proceed. 2. The "new accounting department" excuse eventually replaced the FDA excuse, so we know unequivocally that it's absolute bull$h!t. 3. It takes no longer to refund a customer than it does to sell them. It is now going on the tenth week since I returned 82 capsules back to Regeneca, and I am still waiting on a $620.00 refund from this fraudulent company.

What A Load Of Crap Regeneca Is!!!
#45Consumer Comment
Sat, August 13, 2011
Regenerect and the company behind it is a total scam. The story Regeneca tells about their company, their one product, compensation plan, etc, etc, sounds good in theory, but too bad that's all it is. No legitimate Medical Professional would ever endorse or promote a product that is all natural unless there was significant profits in it for them and an underlying motive. This is NOT an opinion folks!!! Medical Doctors are trained to promote "prescription drugs" and are not interested in finding a solution/cure for any disease. The money is in the repeat business, which cures would only circumvent. In the case of this American Health Journal supposedly endorsing Regenerect, either Regenerect is once again tainted with drugs and these "Medical Professionals" know about it and are willing to turn a blind eye in the name of profits, or the product (as a dietary supplement) flat out does not work. There's no two ways about this. If I were the editor of the American Health Journal, I would want nothing to do with Regeneca, and would think twice about doing business with this fraudulent company. This company is a scam so dont buy into the hype people.

In case you've seen one of Regeneca's bull$h!t Infomercials and were
wondering whether or not you should get involved with this company and
their opportunity, know that this company engages in fraudulent
activities. First off, their flagship product was found to contain
drugs. Secondly, this fraudulent company issued a voluntary recall and
have not yet refunded their reps what they are supposed to be refunded.
SCAM!!! I returned 82 capsules of their drug laced product on June 8th,
and so far have only been credited for 20 of them. According to the co
founder of this fraudulent company himself, "refunds are supposed to
take 8 weeks." Bull$h!t!!! The BCC, one of the largest media companies
in the world is planning to launch a massive media campaign with
Regeneca. Whatever you do, do not fall for the hype. Regenerect
absolutely does not work and their diet pill is questionable at best. As
far as this new American Medical Journal, do not fall for this rubbish
either. Who the hell cares what self proclaimed "medical professionals"
have to say anymore? Like these loonies have any credibility!
Prescription drugs kill 3 times more people annually than all the
illicit street drugs combined. It is nearly impossible to watch daytime
television
nowadays and NOT see a public service announcement stating "if you or a
loved one has taken such and such drug, call the law offices of Ernie
and Bert, because as they've been doing for years, the company that put
out this highly toxic drug poisoned yet another 350,000 innocent people.
You will likely die soon, but what the hey, this company has already
made it's profits and is willing to pay off a few." The entire medical
industry along with "big pharma," are the very ones responsible for the
deaths of millions, so who the f^<k cares what they have to say about
a particular product or company? Don't trust anything they say!!! Fact
of the matter is, Regenerect has been recalled for having drugs in them.
This may very well explain the headaches. Products that are all natural
are very unlikely to cause such a side effect. No headache with the
second release of Regenerect because the f^c<king thing did not work.
Now all of a sudden their newest formulation of Regenerect is where it
initially was in terms of efficacy and the headaches have returned.
WTF??!!! Oh, have I mentioned that Regeneca has no problem taking in
massive orders, but has a major problem with issuing credit where credit
is due? It was this fraudulent company's fault their product got
recalled in the first place!!! This entire company, their products,
their advertising, endorsements, etc, etc, is nothing but a big sham.
Stay far away from this garbage as humanly possible!!! Hey James,

Called this fraudulent company yesterday and spoke with the co-founder James Short. I explained my situation to this guy, and like everyone else I spoke with at this fraudulent company, James gave me the same excuse "the FDA is responsible for the delay." Garbage!!! This fraudulent company has claimed on many occasions, that their drug tainted product has already been cleared by the FDA, and that Regeneca has been given the red light to carry on with their operation. So this statement made by Regeneca Officials is an absolute lie!!! Even if the FDA had some involvement with the slowdown of the refunds, there is no rhyme or reason for refunds to take 8 weeks. NONE!!!!!!!!!! Refunds should take no longer than purchases. I returned 82 capsules and all this fraudulent company needed to do all along is multiply this number by $10.00 and cut me a check. Instead, it decided to give me, along with God knows how many other people the runaround. This company is an absolute scam!!!

This company is a scam and it's NOT just a matter of opinion!!! They can take a product order in less than 5 minutes, but it takes them well over 8 weeks to credit everyone for a product recall which was their own d**n fault, for selling a product they knew had been laced with drugs. There is no way that such a recall could have happened to a company that was so concerned about "product testing." That's right, this recall happened the exact same week that Regeneca started emphasizing their company's stringent "product testing." Hey Val you a$$hole, I returned 82 capsules NOT 64!! That's $820.00 minus the $200.00 I've been credited so far!!! It's been 8 weeks and my account has still not been credited!!! Do not sign up to become a distributor for Regeneca or invest in their stock. This company and the entire program is a big scam!! Their flagship boner pill has been found to be tainted with drugs, and the efficacy of their one and only other product is questionable at best. This fraudulent operation consists of luring as many unsuspecting victims into their program as they possibly can and selling them on unproven third party programs such as Regeneca University and The One Step Millionaire. These two unproven programs, along with a required monthly autoship will cost a distributor around $350.00 per month on the very low end. This does not include the $35.00 per customer that Regeneca charges. There are a few well established MLM companies out there that are currently running infomercials and successfully generating FREE leads for their distributors. Regeneca on the other hand, is planning on charging their distributors $35.00 per customer. What the f^<k??!! Distributors would need at least a few hundred customers in each leg (binary) for this thing to even be considered a viable opportunity. To make matters even worst, the likelihood of these customers sticking with a program that has one qustionable product and a customer service staff that sucks a$$ is slim to nada. God knows how much Regeneca is planning on charging their distributors for sign ups. Whatever the amount is though, ones ROI (return on investment) will literally be beans. I should have known the day Regeneca brought this Tree into their program that Regenca was doing nothing but blowing smoke up everyones a$$e$. As for Regenecas claim of a billion impressions I have two words. My a$$!!! Dont know which ones the biggest joke Regeneca University, The One Step Millionaire Program, or their customer service.

Regeneca is a great big smelly turd destined to fail! If this company plans on advertising "massively" as they claim, why in the world would they need IBO's in the field? They DON'T! Everything they claim on their weekly calls is flat out bogus! For example, this company claims that they've already started airing product infomercials over a month ago and were planning on increasing the frequency in 90 days. Well guess what? I haven't seen the infomercial aired once since it started airing over a month and a half ago. And why in the world would a company air an infomercial on a product that absolutely does not work? This is my 2nd posting regarding Regeneca. It's been a few days since I last spoke with a customer service rep from Regeneca and still nothing. As I've stated in my first posting, I have returned 82 capsules of Regenerect on June 8th, due to the product containing drugs, and up until now have gotten nothing but excuses from this company. I'm already past due on a couple of credit card payments, as well as two phone payments, because of this totally unnecessary delay on the part of Regeneca. At this point, I truly believe that everyone should compensated double what was originally owed to them, which in my case is what I should have been credited to begin with. This company is more concerned with recruiting more reps, than taking care of a product recall that had nothing to do with their reps. Scam!!! Stay far away from this company. I know there are many, who just like me, are waiting to be refunded.

Nothing But Hype ~ Severe Case Of Overpromising & Underdelivering
#45Consumer Comment
Tue, August 02, 2011
Ok, I've been patient and held my tongue long enough. Like the original
poster, I to have sent back 82 capsules of Regenerect on June 8th,
because it was determined by the FDA to contain drugs. The customer
service reps at Regeneca said that I would be credited $640.00, which I
thought was really silly, because at $10.00 a capsule wholesale, the 82
capsules that I returned to the company really amounts to $820.00. I
agreed to $640.00 to avoid any and all delays. So far, I have been
credited $100.00 twice, but am still waiting on $440.00. Each and every
time I call into Regeneca's customer service I get the runaround and
receive the exact same excuses, "oh, it's our accounting dept," or "we
have to do a manual credit due to your purchases being old," etc, etc,
none of which have anything to do with the price of rice in China.
Regeneca is seemingly more interested in promoting higher education
(Regeneca University) and a third party marketing company (One Step
Millionaire) then promoting products that truly work. I am getting
angrier as each and every passing day goes by. Regeneca's weekly calls
are nothing but hype, claiming that the BCC is going to do this, and the
BCC is going to do that. I have a much better idea, take care of the recall
first, and make sure that reps are refunded accordingly, before continuing
to shoot off nothing but empty promises!!! Regeneca wants everyone to
believe that they are for the little guy and want everyone to succeed
when nothing could be further from the truth. The fact is, Regeneca
puts far too much of an emphasis on scouring the States recruiting new
reps, when they really should be focusing on rectifying the product recall first and foremost. This is definitely a bad way to do business.
