This company advertises their facial and eye cream/serum products as "trial" just pay shipping and handling. What they don't tell you that after 15 days the "trial" ends and you are billed for the products. The eye serum is in a glass bottle, a very thick glass bottle that certainly lessens the product volume and is only 15 ml/0.5 oz. at the cost of $97.81. The ageless, (ha, I've aged twenty years after dealing with these un professionals), wrinkle cream is also in a thick glass jar as well. It is 30ml/1 oz. at the cost of $92.53. They automatically bill your credit card from that point on at the tune of almost $200.00 per month! They do not include an invoice with their products either. Had to research online to obtain a contact number. I contacted the company and was advised that there was nothing that I could do including return their products. So I am stuck with $400.00 of a useless product. Wish I'd stuck with the product at the regular store.
I could have bought a similar product at a regular store for about $15.00 that works equally as well. A lesson learned by me, hopefully this will assist another person considering purchasing this "trial" product and getting screwed right to the floor as I did! This company is very unprofessional and deceptive.
