I was intrigued by the "better than botox" before and after photos for this product. "Pay only shipping" it says, without mentioning the terms and conditions in the ultra fine print on a separate page of their website.

After giving my credit card for the shipping, a few weeks later I received a package with two small sample sized containers of skin cream. One for night, and one for daytime application.

The packing slip said the price was 0.00, the sub total was 0.00, Shipping was 0.00, Total was 0.00.

I assumed that since the slip was zeroed out, I would not be expected to pay for anything other than the shipping.

A few weeks later, I recieved the same package and packing slip - zeroed out. Silly me, I actually assumed that these were "free" samples, and I would just be on the hook for shipping and handling (4.99 or so).

A few months passed and I looked at my credit card invoice only to see that the company is now charging me 89.00 or 90.00 for each container of skin cream. (These are one ounce sample sizes).

I called to ask about these charges and was told that it was past the free trial period, and I indeed was charged for each sample bottle, plus shipping. I was told that they had emailed me the terms, and the invoice - which they never sent at all, and I looked all over my email and spam folders - nothing. Had they sent this to me, I would have been aware and cancelled in time. I was told there is nothing I can do at this time.

I called back to the 800 number and asked if I could return them for a refund, as I had not even opened them yet. I was told there was no refund.

I called back and got a different operator, who gave me a RMA (refund) number for one of the packages. I asked her about the other package and she said I would need to call back at a different time to get a different RMA number. I think she was trying to help me out and was hinting at how I could possibly send another box back to them.

According to the terms, they have the right to refuse a refund, and a right to a 35.00 restocking fee per product. I doubt if I will get much $$ back, if any, but would like to warn others of this shady company.

They used variations of their name so it is hard to find on your credit card statement.
