We ordered a one year supply of Regenify late in October, 2015.  By February, 2016 we were dissatisfied and contacted them about returning the product.  They argued that we were over 90 days from the order date.  My wife reminded them that we had one year to return the product because we had purchased a one year supply.

They finally authorized a return. We got a check around March 15 but the digital numbers and the written amount were not the same and the bank, of course, would not accept it.  We contacted the company and reported the problem. We requested a second check be sent with the amount of refund delineated the same in the digital and the written spaces.

We got a second check late in March with the exact same amounts in the same spaces on the check as they had sent out on the first one.  We contacted them again and reported this discrepancy.  They promised to send another, corrected check.

As of April 6, we have not received the check and are told that it was issued on April 1, 2016.

Be very wary of dealing with these people. They have had the use of our money for over 5 months and for over 7 weeks we have been fussing with them about the refund.  They answer the phone and talk nicely, but their actions are delay, delay,delay.

I will not have any future dealings with these people and cannot reccomend them to anyone else.
