My family and I are regular customers of this restaurant and we are uncomfortable to report this problem to management in person for fear that we will be mistreated in the future.

On several ocasions we have witnessed children (elementary school aged young girls) being alowed to play in the kitchen when food is being prepared. Not only is this unsafe, but also unsanitary. I have seen the children playing around a stove, behind the bar, running under the counter, etc. These children must belong to an employee or the owner. The children are also observed bringing food and drinks from the kitchen and sitting in booths next to patrons.

This is a small family run business and the food is quite good. It might be a cultural difference that allows such behavior. I wish management would be informed that children shouldn't be allowed in food preparation areas. I'm sure many other customers are also uncomfortable to see this. If it continues I will consider calling the health department.
