I have handed over all my items at region relocation on 06/30/2018 to ship the items from Atlanta to San Jose 06/30/2018.At the time quotation, they confirmed it covers the insurance of 10000 USD (Option 1) with but at the time of pick up they asked me to signed the documents with out explaining all the clauses and singed the document for Option 2
They have delivered items at San jose on 08/07/2018 (38 days ) and the agreement is to deliver the items with in 30 days but they deliver after 38 days and below items are missing .
A) Checkin bag which has all important documents
B)Queen size bed frames
C)Rice cooker big size
They sent the claiming form for missing items and after few days they told could n't able locate the items and send the settlement for 60 USD >The actual cost of the items in total is 5000 USD.
Its very hard to get their response after hand over the items and very bad customer experience .
