Regional Adjustment Bureau These people are nasty, rude, threatening, unprofessional and down right mean, who would want to pay them, i dont trust them, they get nothing. Memphis Tennessee

I cant believe the people in the RAB office of collection, they have called and continued to harass us. They insist that we give them our account information so they can get a payment, when we refused and asked to send it to their business address they then refused. Basically it was our account numbers or nothing. This loan was ( I know) co-signed in 2006 it is now 2008 and we a just hearing from them. I feel a long battle but i refuse to be bullied. Any suggestions would be appreciated.....

i have also had a long list of problems with RAB employees. there is hope. i spoke with a young woman named tina ext. 5328 who informed us that she also had an account with RAB and the the only way to have any sort of respectable transactions with them is to get a pre paid visa card. this way your bank account stays YOUR bank account(my mistake to give them my account number). hope it helps. or better yet i hope you never have to deal with RAB ever again.
