I purchased a replacement engine from Regions, speaking to a Representative named "Alex". The engine arrived from Connecticut, not Tampa, two weeks after the arrival date that I was given, and after repeated calls to "Alex".  "Alex" repeatedly told me that "his mechanics" were working on it, and that it was on "his shipping dock", neither of which exist.
The engine arrived filthy, and had one strap barely holding it onto a broken pallet, ( usually engines are shrink-wrapped). I sent photos to Regions and called, asking for a Manager, with no response.

The engine was installed and had no compression in #5 cylinder. Regions had said that it was tested before shipping. I paid $600.00 for repairs, repeatedly again spoke to "Alex", and was told that Regions would "work something out" and that a Manager would call me. I never heard back from Regions.

Upon filing a complaint with BBB, Regions finally responded and told the BBB that they had heard no complaints from me.
Regions Auto Parts appears to be a "front" for a parts broker scam, and now has a rating of "F" with the BBB.
