My business flexline of credit agreement ends with section #35 but Regions us using a section #37, which does not exist on my agreement, to debit from my personal checking account. There was no authorized draft agreement between my business and personal Regions account for. This debit caused numerous overdrafts and NSF's on my personal checking account.

It's called Right of Offset. If you are delinquent on a loan, a bank has the legal right to tap any account they have with you as a party. It is generally not well advised to keep personal accounts in the same bank as business accounts for this reason.
