regions bank is the biggest rip off bank in the world , be aware if you use them.

they will hold up processing your checks untill they have enough to add up to more than you have in funds, and then flush them thru all at once to stick you with tons of high fees.

even though they show a deposit pending that will cover these checks. has happened to me way too many times to be accidental , i closed all my regions accts. i suggets you do as well. go to a credit union instead.

I never had nsf fees in over thirty years untill regions took over my old bank a few years ago.

When a payroll deposit from company goes in each pay period at midnight . It was proven that they flushed thru my mortage auoto draft two minutes prior to my payroll auto deposit so they could draw it from my line of credit. With huge fees and interest. Instead of moving funds from savings as i have instructed them to do many times in writing .

Wayyyy toooo many people have the same problem with regions to be an accident.

Reconcile your monthly bank statement ie:debits and credits, monthly fees, atm fees etc etc.  Would not like to be your CPA that is for sure.  Learn to take responsibility for your money and stop spending money you do not have.

#4Consumer Suggestion

You'll be back on Ripoff Report telling how your new bank/credit union is Ripping you off in the same way.

If you don't keep an accurate, up to date check register and also confirm that any pending deposits have been credited, you are fated to have this keep happening to you.  You are trying to "float" funds and your contribution to the banks profit is appreciated by those of us who don't use your failed financial plan.

Your best course of action is to ask your bank/credit union for help in maintaining your account so as to avoid these fees which, believe it or not, are TOTALLY your own doing.

"they will hold up processing your checks untill they have enough to add up to more than you have in funds, and then flush them thru all at once to stick you with tons of high fees."

This would NOT EVER happen if you were doing as suggested.  You would NEVER have more debits pending than AVAILABLE funds.

Nope, I don't work for any bank...never have. Also, in over 50 years of banking, have NEVER had an NSF fee..see, you can do it.
