I recently had my hair done at Regis in Stoneridge Mall, Pleasanton, CA and was overcharged by $20!! I've made three calls to the salon manager, who, aside from being rude, refused to tell me WHY I was overcharged, passed me along to some "complaint" person working for Regis Corporation. I've now made three calls to Char at Regis (the "complaint" lady, apparently) and she won't return my calls!! I've been nothing but polite to everyone I have talked to so far, but now I'm fed up!! It's ridiculous how they treat their customers!! All I can say is, DO NOT GO TO REGIS HAIR SALONS!!

All Regis Salons do not run by Corporate Rules

I worked at a Regis Salon for 1 yr. I loved it there. I made alot of money more then any other salon I've worked at in the past 15 yrs. I brought in over 60,000 in revenue into the Salon all by myself in 11 mths. They have the most inexpensive prices in the industry.Thats the good part. However, the stylist has a price guide to follow but basically can upcharge accordingly the problem we had is one stylist would charge one charge and the others would charge alot more or less depending on thier idea of the service. Which is a problem because the client can go get foils from one stylist who may charge 90 and go back to another who will charge 120. see the problem why clients think they get ripped off but if they really look into it further they will see that it would cost much much more at another salon. My problem is that all the area supervisors are different and they all run the salons differently. Some salons close their doors before 9 they are not suppose too. Some salon were vests, smocks you are not suppose too. unless you are doing color and it has to be those nasty ugly ones regis supplies some areas use other porducts on their stations but our area supervisor would come in and write you up and throw everything away. She has caused alot of GOOD stylists to leave the salon they need to get rid of Josie she is not at all professional.

I work for Regis Hairstylists and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy. Why do you feel that you were ripped off $20.00, it doesn't make sense that you can't get a response from anyone because that is not the way we run our salons. Is there more to your story that perhaps you are not telling? If I can help I will.
