I have worked for Regis for years and ever since this woman was placed in management I have never been so terribly treated. I was 8 hour shifts 12 days in a roll and when I go to put in some time off, she dares to have the nearve to tell my I'm not committed to my mimium wage job that Ive had for 4 plus years and that I'm also a awful employee cause I can't sell a product with a service and if I dont get to 9 % in combo sales weekly I will be fired. This woman walks around on her high horse like she is the w***e of donald trump and a kardashian. When she sits in our salon she makes our guest feel unconfortable as she takes very personal and inappropriate calls on her cell phone when we our written up if we check ours. Done with this company.

 I can completly under stand you're pain and sufering. Perhaps not to mention the possible unjustified : Infliction of emotional distress and the possible unjustified infliction of duress? I ask where is the due care you're manager is required to have? In liue of : California Labor Code:2800. Due care can possibly be equated with perhaps: considerable care, or possibly loving care? You're state perhaps has similar codes? Note: I most definately to inspect you're pre-existing employee hand book and pre-implied contract. To see where you are required to make sales ? At 9 percent or else. If its not in writing ,why is she getting on her high horse? Abusing this position given to her? It most definately appears she is abusing the position of power she has been given. Note: In lieu of health and safety to require any employee to work more then six days. Is normally ilegal. In liue of : OSHA. Occupational Health and Safety. I would look deeply at the employee hand book and the pre-existing implied contract. Next: Be aware of retaliation for making a complaint. California Labor Code:6310. In the event you complain in writing to a government agency. She might strive to make you're life so miserable the average person would normally quit. This could be what she wants? Perhaps if this is the case it could in reality be a case of: Constructive discharge. California Labor Code:2922. The goal with you having so many years with the company is very obvious. If you quit ,the Supercuts does not have to pay you unemployment insurance.
