There are several errors or red flags like; there are "rules on reverse" but there is no reverse. It's blank! Also, there is "no purchase necessary" yet you need to pay $20 bucks! Also, "Registered Assets Advisers has authorized R.A.A. to proceed with the issuance"...OMG what a joke!
