For those of you considering a domain name, beware of these companies. You really do get what you pay for. There is no way to "talk" to anyone, and they have yet to answer several phone calls or emails. My business has been down for a week because of their poor service and now I am having to get a new domain. Rest assured, I will work with someone I can talk to if I have a dire need, never again online chat(which you can wait for hours for that useless stuff). Take it from me, I have more than spent the few dollars saved in long distance calls and lost revenue. Be wise, spend $10 more with a company that offers real human interface.
