On 10/08/03 I attempted to register two Internet Domain names (listed at $5.99 each) through Registerfly.com and after providing my credit card (a Visa check/debit card) and personal info I was informed that the transaction had failed.

I received an email from them which stated that the transaction had failed to go through and it provided a link for me to verify and resubmit the information. I followed the link and followed their directions and once again the process failed and they indicated that there was no charge to my credit card. Again, I received an email from them stating the transaction had failed.

I then proceeded to a differnt company's website where I sucessfully registered the same two domains that I had attempted to register through Registerfly.com

On 10/20/03 I was reviewing my checking account details online and discovered that on 10/14/03, $11.98 had been deducted not once, but twice from my checking account and paid to Registerfly.com

Registerfly fraudulently charged me twice for services that they did not perform and cannot perform as I "own" both Web Domains through a different company!

I made the mistake of not checking out Registerfly through the "Rip Off Report" first, before making a transaction with them.

I have filed complaints with the credit card company, the FBI, and the FTC.

I encourage everyone not to do business with Registerfly and to report any and all abuses by Registerfly to the proper authorities.
