Complaint Review: Registerfly.com

In October I started a website for which my company has been in business for 7 years. The website was done by a web designer. I decided to start a second business on the web in January of this year.

I register the names with registerfly and come to find out the do not begin to offer the ability to provide many of the services which they claim to provide. I mean physical things like memory etc.

I decided to move the new sites to avoid problems but left the names registered with registerfly.com. My first site www.randyspdr.com I left with them as it seemed to be working OK. Now the site has problems it goes to a registerfly page listing porno sites. The company has no phone support, no live support which the claim to have and takes days to get back regarding emails let alone service. They continue to register thousands of people. The site is currently in that status.

If your a small business owner this is unacceptable and of course they service over 270,000 customers yet do not provide a physical address or phone number.
