In Decmber 2007, I tried to renew a domain name I had registered with Regfly. I was unable to renew the domain name, and Regfly customer support was of no help. They ended up "refunding my money within 5-7 business days". It is now over 5 months later, and I am still trying to get my refund.
The company has a trouble ticket system, which is the only way to contact them. They are not only ignoring my repeated requests for service/refund, but are actually deleting the tickets that I open! They have refused to provide their corporate contact information, and have ignored my requests to have upper management contact information.
