Registry Cleaner XP Charged my credit card for a fraudulent 'registry cleaning' product which i was never able to download Internet Internet
I received continual error messages from Internet explorer and pop-ups from this company (and another, Registry Update) to clear up the problem. I purchased a similar product from the other company for 39.95, and lo and behold, another charge for 49.90 appears on my card, processed simultaneously.
I never purchased this product, and am disputing this charge with my card company.
Oh, the product from the other company never worked on my computer either. I still ended up paying to have my computer problem fixed professionally. These companies are definitely fraudulent scams.
