I ordered the Stove as ofered on TV, and is still offered. for the price of one, but for the second set, oven and extras the extra shipping had to be paid. I paid what they asked for and after complaining I did get the extra items for one stove. Eventually I received the second stove, but no extras.I kept writing and complaining. The answers kept changing. I had not paid/ waited too long to complain/ and items like that. I even politedly asked, just bill me the extra shipping again for the 2 frying pans and the other pot with the insert for steaming food. I felt I had paid it, but I knew that buying those items would cost more than paying the shipping twice. I am disabled and live on oxygen 24/7, I love the stoves. I can sit at a low table and cook something savely, can't stand and can't get near the gas flame. So, for me this stove is helpful for the few times I either kook something in my bedroom or the kitchen, sitting down. So far I have not had a problem, don't cook very often. But I resent that they can get away with the advertizing and not having to stick to the offer. The same happened to my Son. I told all my friends, not to order from that company, I did not want to be blamed, for having suggested it. They also sell the other item with a glass dome. I have used up 3 already, have No 4 in the bedroom and No.5 in the kitchen. I mention this, because I have no complaint with the manufacturer, just the advertizer and their lies. I actually wonder where the extra money sent to them goes?
