Regus HQ makes it easy to rental office and virtual office spaces.  Office rents are high and written to not let you terminate or wiggle out at the end of the term.  They make the monthly payment due o the 25th of the month.  A 5 day late period and they they add on like 20% late fee if paid after the 1st of the month.  They add an automatic roll over period of one year if you don't remember your termination date.  They ask you to give them 60-90 days notice prior to vacating.  I questioned them about these practices and they habitual late charges.  They got mad at me one day and put me in collection.  I was never a problem account.  I owed like $120 in fees according to them, but after being put in collection it was raised to $1,500.  They are very deceptive and real cheaters and manipulators.  They say one thing and always do another.  Please protect yourselves from being ripped off by this company which has offices both national wide, and international also.. I was aslo charged for things I never used.  They told me that they are like a hotel and charge accordingly for all types of services.  Yea right!  Rip off artist!
