Apparently, Regus charged the wrong company for a month's rent that should have been charged to my company for office space in Providence, Rhode Island. The company they charged incorrectly eventually disputed this charge several months later.

I then find a charge plus late fees for this disputed charge on my company's account months after the date of their error. When I questioned Regus what the charge and late fees where for they informed me that I had disputed a charge, which was successfully credited to my company credit card.

I informed Regus that I never disputed a charge by them to my company credit card, and that I never received such a credit for a disputed charge back on my company credit card, and that I was not responsible for late fees due to their own error.

I am still in the process of trying to straighten out this issue a few months later, without success. I continue to deal with people at Regus through the online account system, and they continue to try and spin some new explanation for why I need to pay this disputed charge plus the late fees.

I have tried to reach people at their corporate headquarters in Addison, Texas without success as no one I leave a message for ever calls me back. I can only assume that this company is run by con artists, and that they encourage their employees to rip off their customers any way that they can as the people in their corporate offices do nothing at all to deal with such complaints. I have spent several hours of my time (unpaid) to date trying to resolve this issue.

I can only suggest that anyone considering doing business with this company find a different company to do business with. This company functions on having access to credit cards that they will charge for services that they have either never rendered, or for fees that are actually due to their own internal errors.

I would like to connect with any other companies/perons that have been ripped-off by Regus with the intent to bring a class action lawsuit against this company and this company's officers. Please contact me through Ripoff Report.
