We all know the term "flipping" when it comes to Real Estate, but these dummies are apparently trying, or so they claim, to link a list of investors (never seen) with available properties (I had them) that investors would be interested in purchasing.  Then the idea was that the person who knows of the properties would get an option on the property andthen offer it to the investors and negotiate a split of the commission or profits.  All sounds good, except that no seller is going to give an option to an unknown buyer without a cash, non-refundable payment.  Ans no investor is going to want to have themselves listed on a list of people with money available, when it is distributed via the internet for everyone to see.

Not even a good scam.  Just a bunch of fools.

Then they keep hyping on-line webinars that either do not happen, or in which they give out the wrong phone numbers and codes to sign in with, so you cannot get there.

But if you want to receive four or five stupid E-mais a day, telling you how great their opportunities are, this is the bunch for you.
