Don't buy a home from Riech Construction or Paul Reich Construction these companies will sell you an inferior quality home and not back up their work. We purchased a home from them two years ago.
After moving in we found out the home had been treated for mold (keep in mind this is a new home). We found this out from a nieghbor as several homes in our community had been sold this way. They kept this from us until after we had already closed, pretty dishonest uh? Also, every floor and the stairs squeaks. The appliances are substandard and all of the walls have began to crack. We paid extra to have the house "air conditioning ready" and after we moved in and had a company install the compressor etc found out Riech from the company they used to install the duct work that Monica Riech wanted to cut corners and did not have a return installed upstairs, for this reason, our upstairs does not cool. The cost to fix this is over $1000.
The cost of the other repairs is serveral thousand dollars. The cost of the mold issue when we go to sell is ?. We have tried several times to work with Reich to have these things fixed and they refust to respond now. Many people in our community are sorry they bought from them and several have already sold their homes and moved out. DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
