Reimage software purports to scan and fix items in your computer. I recently ran their program and it led to a blue screen of death. Repeated attempts to repair it ended with them claiming it was the fault of my hard drive. I took my PC to a local repair shop and they had to re-install Windows XP operating system at a cost of $99.00. Not my hard drive. I asked for and was denied a refund of the $69.00 purchase price since I can no longer trust their program. Poor tech support and poor customer relations. Be careful purchasing Reimage.
